Keynote & Poetry Reading for the AMA

Excited to have had the opportunity to serve as a keynote speaker and read some poetry as part of the American Medical Association’s National Health Equity Grand Rounds event, “Creating Accountability Through Data: From Racism and Neglect to Transparency and Repair.”

The poem I read, “Z60.5 / (En)Coded”, was published open-access in Health Equity journal’s special collection on racism in clinical algorithms.
